A start-up coming having different needs, resources and culture than a company with years of success and brand dominance.  Humans also have life cycles that reveal skills, values and resources at different times. When a company’s stage of growth is aligned with a prospective franchisees lifecycle it will promote each to grow in tandem.  Continued alignment and interdependence determines longevity and sustainability.

Our Stage of Growth assessment is designed specifically for companies using indirect channels of distribution including franchising, dealerships, distributorships and licensing.  As in any relational or interdependent endeavor including franchising, nothing is more telling than the company’s stage of growth and business owner’s lifecycle.
